When I first discovered the world of health, wellness, and spirituality, I wanted to learn as much as possible. While the internet is always a great resource, to me, nothing beats a good book. I’m old school and I still love a hard copy of a book vs. the Kindle version, so books are everywhere in our home! Today I am sharing some of the my top picks.
Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr - although I’m not a vegan, this book opened my eyes to plant based and toxin free living.
The Body Book by Cameron Diaz - So many great lessons in this beautiful book I recommend for all women. We should all be more knowledgeable about our bodies.
The Living Clearly Method by Hilaria Baldwin Simple wellness tips that are easy to incorporate into your daily life.
Miracles Now by Gabrielle Bernstein - I am a student of Gabby’s and recommend all her books. What I love about this one is that it is broken down into small, digestible lessons you can pick up at any time.
You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay - A total classic. This opened my eyes to the powerful mind/body connection.
The Conscious Parent by Dr Shefali Tsabury - Full disclosure I’m still slowly working through this one - it’s a lot to absorb. The messages really resonate and help keep me grounded when I feel lost in parenting.
