The fall season is upon us, and the lazy days of summer are sadly gone. As we pick up the pace again, it’s easy to let stress build. Spa days and yoga retreats might not always be an option (sad!), so here are my top three easy and doable stress busters you can easily incorporate into your day.
It’s easy to dismiss this or laugh it off, but even five minutes of meditation can change your day and your mindset. Apps like Calm, Headspace, and Insight Timer make it even easier - filter by time or theme to find a guided meditation perfect for you!
We all know I love my essential oils, but I truly swear by a good lavender oil or blend for hectic moments. What’s great about this tip, is that you can take your oil anywhere, and take a few deep breaths when you need a moment to relax.
Epsom Salt Baths.
After bedtime, a good 20 minute (or more!) soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts is so good for your muscles and your mind. You can even add a few drops of that lavender oil as a bonus!
